Annual Meeting
Pitt & Greene EMC’s Annual Meeting of
members is held each year on the first Thursday of November. It is
important that you as a member-owner of the cooperative attend your
Annual Meeting.
The official purposes of the Annual Meeting are
to review the activities of the past year, to elect three members to the
Board of Directors to serve a three year term and to plan future
activities for the coming year.
Each member is notified in advance of the location, the date and the time of each Annual Meeting.
